Our Services: Retirement Housing
The Association has a Retirement Housing complex, John Butterly House, which consists of 42 flats. There are two Scheme Managers in John Butterly House and all flats are linked to an emergency Careline system which enables emergency help to be summoned if a tenant requires assistance.
The Scheme Managers are intended only to support and encourage the independence of tenants and do not provide the extra care which would be provided in Very Sheltered Housing or a Residential Care Home.
A brief overview of our Retirement Housing is available in the Information Sheet and a more detailed overview is provided in our Welcome to John Butterly House booklet.
Should you wish to apply for a flat in our Retirement Housing please complete the John Butterly House Application Form and return it to our office. Alternatively you can obtain a form by calling in person or telephoning the Association.
