Reidvale Update
Management Committee has been working to consider options for moving Reidvale Housing Association forward since the Special General Meeting on 15th January 2024, when shareholders voted no to transfer of engagements. As part of this Management Committee is required to develop a plan to demonstrate to the Scottish Housing Regulator how the significant weaknesses and non-compliance to Regulatory Standards will be addressed. Given the importance of these discussions, Management Committee has asked the Scottish Housing Regulator for an extension to the submission date of one week. The new submission date is 4th March 2024. Management Committee will provide a further update to tenants, factored owners and shareholders as soon as they are able.
