James Frew (Gas Central Heating Engineers) have advsied that under the extreme and unprecedented low temperatures that are being experienced they are advising that emergencies will be attended to as soon as possible, giving all vulnerable people priority. They have asked that tenants please bear with them as they work extremely hard to give all tenants the service required.
Extra Engineering staffing resources are in place for breakdowns. Technical resources are in place within the GasSure Contact Centre to provide advice and assistance to Tenants and to establish if any call is indeed an emergency. Outside normal working hours you can call 0141 554 2406, option 1 and then option 1 again.
